Like most websites, ProjStream collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. ProjStream’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how visitors use our website. From time to time, ProjStream may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate such as publishing a report on trends in the usage of our website.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to the ProjStream website may choose to interact with ProjStream in ways that require ProjStream to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that ProjStream gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for a free demo at ProjStream.com to provide their name and email address.
The security of your personal Information is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Support Help Desk
Our website includes a link to our support website (https://projstreamsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us). This is a separate, secure Zendesk website for users of our software to submit a help request at any time.
While we recommend users create a Zendesk log-in ID and password, anyone can submit a help request. When a user submits a help request, they provide their email address so we can respond to them. A help request submittal creates a support ticket in Zendesk that is automatically routed to internal ProjStream personnel for resolution. Users have the option of including screen captures or attachments to illustrate the issue they are encountering. Only authorized ProjStream support personnel are able to access the Zendesk support ticket database.
We also use the Zendesk support website to communicate with users of our software applications. We post public information such as answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and software enhancement articles.
There is also a “Community” option that is only available to those users that have opted to create a Zendesk log-in ID. For these users, they have the ability to post software enhancement requests and add comments to posts from other users. When applicable, ProjStream may post articles related to a help request so other users of our software can benefit from our responses or to note software enhancements in response to a request. ProjStream Zendesk articles avoid any references to users or their companies. ProjStream moderates and approves all content posted in the Community. We also manage and verify the list of users with log-in IDs so we can monitor who is accessing the Community content.
